What was before the beginning?  Nothing right?  Well, scripture tells us differently.  We are given many references in scripture as to our (Sons of God) existence before the creation.  You most certainly were known by the Father, with a great purpose in mind, even before you were created in the flesh.  How can I boldly say such a thing?  God said it through Jeremiah in Chapter 1 verse 5, "Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee a prophet to the nations." Sanctified means chosen for a specific purpose.  So, you were created with a special purpose in mind.  In Greek, the word "created" also means married or possessed.  Yes, did you know God can possess you?  Let's read it together in Proverbs 8:22-23 "The Lord possessed me in the beginning of his way, before his works of old.  I was set up from everlasting, from the beginning, before ever the earth was." What this is saying is that we were one with God before time began, before the earth was created.  Jesus reminds us in John 15:27 " ye also shall bear witness  because ye have been with me from the beginning." Let's take this a little further...  

 Next, we have the question of If I was with God from the beginning, what in Eternity was I doing? I will begin with Proverbs 8:27 which states "When he prepared the heavens, I was there: when he set a compass upon the face of the depth.  Also in Proverbs 8:30, it says "Then I was by him, as one brought up with him: and was daily his delight, rejoicing always before him.  Delight in Ancient Hebrew uses the same Hebrew letters to create the picture for Salvation.  These two letters are Shin and Pev.  We can re-read this as I was his salvation daily...Remember that the lamb was slain before the foundations of the world (Revelation 13:8).  As Jesus is, so are you in this world, right now and so were you before the foundations were prepared!  You are the Righteousness of God and His Salvation.  You are HIS Glory.  Isaiah wrote, "for I have created him for my glory!" That's right, YOU.  Even the angels cry "All the Earth is filled with His Glory." Don't count yourself out.  For God's namesake and his glory sake were you created to be a Son of God, before the beginning.  Do not forget that "glory" is salvation in action, it is a verb.  

We were there from the beginning with our Father in Eternity, before heaven and earth were created.  We were created as Sons, given a Commission, a work of Salvation, a Ministry of Reconciliation.  Just as Isaiah was asked by the Father and those who were with him, (note the wording is plural), it says Isaiah 6:8 "Whom shall I send?  And who will go for us?" We were asked before the beginning to take part in this great plan.  We are told that before all of creation, we were already brought forth (Proverbs 8:25).  The word "forth" in ancient Hebrew is the letters Chet and Lamed.  These two letters can be used for the word "beseech," which means to request intervention in a time of trouble.  This is exactly was God was asking Isaiah when he inquired who could he send.  Just know that he has asked you, he has already sent you, and you are carrying out and continuing this great work of SALVATION in YAHSHUA.  Let us together remember WHO WE ARE.  If you would like to polish this pearl some more...Read through the book of Job and ask yourself, "Was God being prideful and arrogant as he told Job that he didn't create anything and was not there before the beginning, OR was our Father trying to get Job to remember who he is as a Son of God and what his purpose has been from before the beginning.  As Job was reminded that he was by the Father's side before creation, may you too be reminded and remember the assignment you have been given.  Great are the plans that our Father has had for you from Eternity!
